  • Irritability, getting annoyed by almost everything, anger outbursts

  • Physical signals - muscle tension, stiffness, stomach problems, and headaches

DEPRESSION

  • Feeling numb, flat, or sometimes dissociating (zoning out)

  • Feeling overwhelmed, helpless or hopeless

  • Depressed mood, low mood, sadness

  • Fatigue, tiredness, and low energy even after you rest

  • Feeling bad about yourself or generally negative beliefs and thoughts

  • Lack of motivation or interest in things you used to enjoy

  • Pulling away and avoidance of social interactions, activities, or situations

  • Physical signals - lack of activity/movement, slow digestion, shallow breathing, curled up posture
