It takes courage to ask for help. I believe many of us (women) find ourselves taking care of everyone else and push on through our days, which turns into weeks, months, even years. Ladies, this is an invitation for you to focus on you and your own self-care for once.

With teletherapy, you don’t have to worry about the commute, traffic, sitting in the waiting room, or feeling rushed. Yes, wearing pj’s with no makeup or hair done is welcome! Yes, sitting in your car outside of work is allowed! Yes, we can talk while you eat lunch on a park bench!

This isn’t meant to be hard, scary, or overwhelming. Our online counseling sessions are meant to help you process your thoughts, explore your feelings, and understand your behaviors better. Everything you are experiencing right now is happening for a very valid reason (I promise). I’m here to help you slow down, sift through all the information, and make a plan towards changes you want to see.
